TERMS OF BUSINESS:
We will be the sole provider of all drinks at the Licensed Event unless previously agreed otherwse. We will arrange for a Temporary Event Notice to be served for the event if required. We will supply all Bar Equipment, including Glasses, Ice and accessories. We reserve the right to serve drinks in Plastic Glasses, should a waiter supply run out or default.
FEES & CANCELLATIONS:
Our fee for each client is quoted on an individual basis. The location, and accessibility of the venue, number of guests attending, duration of the Bar Staff, and finally our optional Clear Away Service are all taken into account.
On Booking a £100 depoist payment is required together with a completed Booking Form. The balance of payment is due 21 days prior to the event date. Bookings made within a 21 day window, will be required to pay their balance in Full.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, and will be subject to a £25 admin charge. Cancellation made less than 10 weeks prior to the event date, will result in a lost deposit.
THE LAW:
All of our Bars work under the 2003 Licensing Act, and all restrictions will be upheld by our Staff. It is an offence to sell or supply, directly, or indirectly to anyone under the age od 18 Alcohol. We will not serve anyone who is excessively drunk, or abusing the Staff.
FINALLY:
While we are more than happy to provide drinks to guests via a Pre-paid Credit System. However, we do not run Tabs.
